1 Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms apply to all users of the phi999 Platform, including registered players, visitors browsing the site, and any person who accesses any feature of the Platform regardless of whether they have created an account.

1.2 By completing the phi999 registration process, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy. These documents are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

1.3 phi999 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notice of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the contact details on their account at least seven (7) days before the change takes effect, where operationally practicable.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

2.1 To be eligible to register and use the phi999 Platform, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be physically located in the Philippines at the time of gameplay;
• Not be a person excluded from gambling under any self-exclusion programme, court order, or regulatory direction;
• Not be an employee, contractor, agent, affiliate, or immediate family member of phi999 or any of its software providers or licensors;
• Be acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.

2.2 phi999 reserves the right to request government-issued identification documents — including but not limited to a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth card, driver's licence, or national ID — to verify your age, identity, and address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account restriction or permanent closure.

2.3 If phi999 determines that a player is under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately closed. Any deposits made will be returned to the depositing payment method after deducting any associated payment processing fees, and any winnings accrued on the account will be forfeited.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Each eligible person may register only one (1) phi999 account. Multiple accounts per player are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, phi999 reserves the right to close all accounts involved and retain any balances pending the outcome of an investigation.

3.2 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. phi999 accepts no responsibility for failed transactions or communications resulting from outdated or inaccurate account details.

3.3 You must not share your phi999 login credentials with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. phi999 will treat all transactions completed using your verified credentials as authorised by you.

3.4 phi999 accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. Selling, transferring, or purchasing phi999 accounts is prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and potential reporting to PAGCOR.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 phi999 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following approved payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and DragonPay. All wallet transactions on phi999 are denominated in PHP. No foreign currency conversion is applied to Philippine player accounts.

4.2 Minimum deposit amounts are published on the phi999 cashier page and may be updated by phi999 at any time with reasonable notice to registered players.

4.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit where technically possible, in accordance with anti-money-laundering (AML) best practice. phi999 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request.

4.4 Withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification. phi999 will not release funds to an account where KYC documentation has not been satisfactorily completed.

4.5 phi999 targets withdrawal processing within one (1) hour for GCash and PayMaya under standard conditions. Processing times for bank transfers may be longer depending on the receiving institution's clearing schedule. phi999 does not guarantee specific processing timeframes and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 phi999 offers various promotions, bonuses, and incentive programmes to registered players. All such offers are subject to specific terms published on the Promotions page at the time the offer is made. General bonus conditions set out in this section apply to all offers unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

5.2 All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal request will be approved.

5.3 Only one bonus may be active on a phi999 account at any given time unless the specific promotion terms explicitly permit multiple simultaneous bonuses.

5.4 phi999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or promotional offer, modify its terms, or require repayment of bonus funds where phi999 has reasonable grounds to believe the offer has been claimed fraudulently, through the use of automated software, or in breach of these Terms.

5.5 phi999 accepts no responsibility for technical failures that prevent a player from claiming a promotional offer. In such cases, the player must contact support within 24 hours of the offer expiry to request a manual review.

6 Gameplay Rules & Fair Use

6.1 All games available on phi999 — including slots, live casino table games, bingo, and the spin wheel — are governed by the specific rules published within each game interface. Those rules are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

6.2 phi999's RNG-based games use certified Random Number Generator technology audited by independent testing laboratories. The outcomes of all RNG-based games are determined at the moment of play and cannot be influenced by any party, including phi999 staff.

6.3 In the event of a technical error during gameplay — including but not limited to disconnections, server interruptions, or display anomalies — phi999 will attempt to reconstruct the game state from server logs. If reconstruction is not possible, wagers placed during the affected round will be refunded to the player's phi999 wallet.

6.4 Misuse of the Platform, including exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage, is prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

7 Prohibited Conduct

7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phi999 Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any part of the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including live dealer table games;
• Creating or using a phi999 account on behalf of another person without that person's explicit, documented consent;
• Making deposits using payment methods that are not registered in your own name;
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is prohibited under local law;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing phi999 staff or other players in any communication channel;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the phi999 Platform, software, or content.

7.2 phi999 actively monitors for prohibited conduct using automated and manual review processes. Where prohibited conduct is detected, phi999 reserves the right to immediately suspend the affected account, investigate the activity, and take such action as it deems appropriate, including permanent closure and referral to PAGCOR or relevant Philippine law enforcement agencies.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 phi999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe;
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent account information;
• Detection of suspicious transaction patterns inconsistent with legitimate gaming activity;
• A regulatory direction or court order requiring account restriction;
• At the player's own written request.

8.2 Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, phi999 is not obligated to return any balance remaining in the account pending the completion of an investigation. Where an investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

8.3 Players who wish to voluntarily close their phi999 account should contact support via live chat. Any remaining balance after all valid pending withdrawals have been processed will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

9 Responsible Gaming

9.1 phi999 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your phi999 wallet;
• Loss Limits — Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period;
• Session Time-Out — Automatically end your gaming session after a specified period of activity;
• Self-Exclusion — Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately on submission and cannot be reversed during the active exclusion period by any member of phi999 staff.

9.2 phi999 will not knowingly allow a player who has applied a self-exclusion to re-register or access the Platform during the exclusion period. Players who attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account will have that account closed and any deposits returned.

10 Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the phi999 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trade names, trademarks, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and design elements — is the property of phi999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the phi999 Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any phi999 content.

10.3 Any unauthorised use of phi999 intellectual property may result in account closure and may expose the infringing party to civil and criminal liability under applicable Philippine law.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phi999's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with their use of the Platform shall be limited to the value of funds held in that player's verified phi999 wallet at the time the claim arises.

11.2 phi999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of gaming opportunities resulting from platform downtime or technical failures.

11.3 phi999 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously and without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond phi999's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. phi999 will endeavour to notify players of planned downtime in advance.

12 Privacy & Data

12.1 phi999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account on phi999, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

12.2 phi999 may share player data with PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), or other Philippine regulatory authorities where required by law or regulatory direction. Such disclosures are mandatory and do not require player consent.

13 Governing Law

13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The operation of phi999 is subject to the jurisdiction and regulatory authority of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through phi999's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to the appropriate Philippine courts or arbitration body having jurisdiction over the matter.

14 Amendments

14.1 phi999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be published on this page with the effective date clearly stated at the top of the document.

14.2 Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights or obligations — phi999 will provide advance notice to registered players via their registered contact details. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14.3 If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the phi999 Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8.3 above.

15 Contact & Disputes

15.1 For general account enquiries, payment questions, or technical support, phi999 customer support is available via live chat from 8 AM to 2 AM PHT, every day. Our support team handles English and understands the context relevant to Filipino players.

15.2 For formal complaints or disputes, contact phi999 by email at [email protected]. Please include your registered username, a clear description of the issue, and any relevant supporting documentation. phi999 targets an initial response to formal complaints within five (5) business days.

15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through phi999's internal process, the player may escalate the matter to PAGCOR or the relevant Philippine consumer protection authority. phi999 will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation.

15.4 Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under Philippine consumer protection law, including the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394).
